Welcome to the April issue of Integration News, the newsletter designed to keep members informed of the progress and changes made during the integration of Toyota Federal Credit Union (TFCU) and Western Federal Credit Union (Western).

TAC Headquarters Relocation

This spring, the TAC Credit Union Branch, located at 19200 Grammercy Place on the Toyota Campus in Torrance, California, will be relocated from the second floor to the first floor of the same building. The new branch address will be T106. This relocation will provide members more convenient access to this branch. Also, new branch hours have been implemented as of March 17, 2008. The new hours are, Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, PT.

In addition to the TAC Branch, Western also has a full-service branch right around the corner at 1899 Western Way, right off Western Avenue in Torrance, California. This branch has a drive up teller window, which is open from Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, a 24/7 drive thru ATM, a full service branch open from Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, and onsite Investment Services Representatives.

Online Banking and Bill Pay Transition for Western

As promised in the merger announcement, Western is conducting a thorough product line review for both Western and TFCU to ensure that the best product offerings from each organization will be included in the final product line.

After examining the Online Banking and Bill Pay products for Western and TFCU, we are pleased to announce that Western members are now using the same Online Banking and Bill Pay products as TFCU members. Later in the year, when the full integration between TFCU and Western takes place, TFCU members will have the benefit of remaining on their existing Online Banking and Bill Pay products.

Welcome New Toyota Suppliers and Vendors

Western would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest Toyota suppliers and vendors that have joined Western's field of membership. We look forward to offering our wide range of products and services to these employee groups!

Team Member Spotlight

Happy 5-Year Anniversary Drew Livschitz! Drew originally joined TFCU in 2003 as a Senior Programmer. With the integration between Western and TFCU, Drew's new position with Western is as the IT Manager of Software Development. Happy anniversary Drew and welcome to Western.

WESTERN'S TOYOTA FAMILY COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP

We created a special email address, IntegrationNews@Western.org, to allow members to send questions related to the integration. Please feel free to send us your questions. We may not have immediate answers to every question since many details are still being worked on, however we will respond to every email and work hard to get the answers.
