This scholarship award is being given in honor of Patricia R. Dempster, who served as a volunteer on Western's Board of Directors with distinction, loyalty, dedicated support, integrity, and counsel for over 20 years.

Western members who are 2010 college bound graduating high school seniors seeking a Bachelors' degree from an accredited school are eligible for this scholarship and may win up to $5,000 in scholarship money.
