Tips to Remember
- Menu options may be selected at any time during the call. You do not need to wait for the voice prompt.
- At the end of every menu, you may hit "*" to return to the previous menu,or "#" to end the call.
- At any time during your call, you may hit "0" to speak to an operator.
- Press the pound key (#) after each entry (if required).
- Enter dates as 6 digits: MMDDYY. For example, enter July 2, 2005 as 070205#
- Enter dollar amounts to the penny without decimal points, such as $1,977.20 as 197720#
- Verify transactions by entering 1 or cancel entries by entering 9. Confirmed transactions will be posted to your account immediately.
- You will need to know your Share (Account) or Loan IDs to conduct certain transactions.
- Check withdrawals are mailed at the start of the next business day to the address of record.
