Account Services Supervisor

Location: Torrance, CA

Assist with the efficient and accurate, day to day operations, administration and supervision of the overall operations of the Account Services department to provide superior member service to all internal and external members. Assists with training, establishing and tracking performance goals, allocating resources, assessing performance, motivating, recognizing and developing of team. Ensures accurate and timely processing of department functions, including, but not limited to, retrieval requests, imaging, subpoenas, return mail, remittance processing, mail and ATM deposits and the balancing and reconciling of control totals. Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of three years related experience in a financial institution with two years supervisory experience. Requires the ability to handle multiple priorities and to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Highly proficient in word processing software applications and spreadsheet software applications.

Branch Manager

Location: Redondo Beach, CA

Performs a variety of duties related to Branch Operations and handling of member transactions. Assists Tellers in daily balancing. Balances the branch daily including checks, travelers cheques, and cash. Performs functions related to consumer lending, including accepting and inputting loan applications, loan processing, and loan funding. Ensures that all appropriate lending policies, procedures and guidelines are complied with. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years related experience in a financial institution. A minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferred. Requires thorough knowledge of all Teller and New Accounts functions. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups. Proficient in word processing software application.

Branch Manager

Location: Torrance, CA (Toyota Headquarters)

Ensures compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. Supervises and performs functions as needed of the Supervisor, Branch or Senior Branch Representatives, Member Service Representative and/or Teller. Monitors lending functions including, but not limited to, providing loan information and processing and funding loans as needed. Trains, guides and directs employees to obtain maximum use of personnel by clearly defining their duties and by establishing performance standards. Oversees cash control, inventory and security for the branch. Oversees balancing activities including ATMs, Cash Dispensing Machines (CDMs), etc. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred, with a minimum of three years related experience in a financial institution. Requires a minimum of two-year supervisory experience. Must have thorough knowledge of Credit Union services, products, procedures, and lending. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups.

Business Development Representative

Location: Camarillo, CA

Responsible for the acquisition and development of new Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and the development of existing SEGs. Positions the Credit Union as the ideal choice for financial services through interaction with SEGs. Collaborates with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies to increase membership and product penetration. Conducts on-site membership development events, sign-ups and coordinates financial seminars/presentations at SEGs. Participates in local chamber of commerce and civic associations, attends community events, and plans special events. Bachelors Degree preferred in related field. Two years of Credit Union experience required with at least one year in Business Development. Must possess organizational skills and effective written/verbal communication skills including the ability to make presentations. Comprehensive knowledge of financial service market. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of internal/external members.

Call Center Representative

Location: Bentonville, AR (3 positions)

Provides superior service to members by telephone including disbursements, withdrawals, transfers of funds, data changes, and provides account information and resolves product, operations and policy inquiries. Offers alternative products or services as appropriate. Makes referrals with appropriate business agents or specialists based on the member's financial needs. Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Requires a minimum of two years of related experience with resolving complex customer inquiries and complaints, preferably in a financial institution. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and at times under very busy conditions. Proficient in word processing software applications and spreadsheet software applications.

Consumer Lending Supervisor

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Directs and coordinates the activities of the daily functions of the Consumer Lending operations, and Lending Support operations as needed. Responds to member inquiries by providing information concerning Credit Union loan policies and procedures, ensures that loan quality meets Credit Union standards and compliance with consumer lending laws, within predetermined guidelines, approves/denies loan applications, and ensures the department's needs are met in regard to the employment, counseling, performance evaluations, training, motivation, and discipline of assigned employees. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred, with three years experience in a Lending environment with loan decisioning experience, preferable in a financial institution and two years supervisory experience required. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups. Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software applications.

Help Desk Analyst

Location: Bentonville, AR

Responsible for receiving incoming calls to the Help Desk and effectively communicating with all system users, Information Technology technicians and the Credit Union's Information Technology Department in order to monitor the internal technical systems and/or provide incident response assistance to all departments. Acts as the triage agent and first-level problem resolution for all incident calls to the Help Desk. High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Requires a minimum of one year Help Desk experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Modems, Cable/DSL, DNS/WINS, TCP/IP and browser configurations required. MCP, MCSE or A+ preferred. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and use good problem-solving techniques. Requires the ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Host Operations Specialist

Location: Torrance, CA

The Host Operations Specialist ensures the Host computer/information system is available, operational and fully functioning during the assigned shift. Performs assigned duties specific to the Host system such as the maintenance of media logs, tape library, system documents, data access, and retrieval. Requires a minimum of two years experience. Requires the ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Marketing Research and Product Manager

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Leads the organization's research activities including products and market development. Oversees the Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF) system and all related activities including providing support with measurement, analysis, reporting, and mail files. Participates in Strategic Planning projects including identifying new business opportunities, evaluating existing and potential markets, identifying new branch locations, product development, and determining options for growth in specific markets. Repsonsible for the development of product, service, and data research assignments throughout the organization as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Research, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance with a minimum of three years of experience in related field, preferably in a financial institution. Requires understanding of data-mining techniques. Knowledge of financial products and services preferred. Proven analytical, market research and problem-solving skill, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task with multiple simultaneous projects and switch between projects readily and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups. Must be proficient in Excel, Access, mapping software, MCIF systems and word-processing applications.

Network Engineer

Location: Torrance, CA

Provides technical support for the Credit Union's electronic delivery channel mechanisms such as; Nortel Telephone System, Automated Teller Machines (ATM), Home Banking services and all future electronic delivery channels. Coordinates electronic systems repairs, upgrades and patches with appropriate vendors as well as troubleshooting systems-related issues and contacts. Requires some college or technical certification training, minimum of three years-related experience. Prior Nortel Call Pilot, Symposium and CTI experience is preferred. Prior knowledge/experience with ATM's and ATM networks is preferred.

Operatios Service Center Specialist

Location: Torrance, CA

Responsible for the administration and processing of information verification and wire transfers, provide technical/operational support for all branches, call center and back-office, and member email management. Assists team members with immediate technical/operational support on Credit Union systems, including but not limited to, Epysis, cash machines, and Nautalis. Ensures consistency and clarification of policy and procedures and acts as the operational help desk. Validates member correspondence, including, but not limited to, notices, statements, and coupons. Process incoming wires with in deadlines, works closely with branches and accounting to ensure all data is submitted correctly. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years experience in a financial institution. Requires knowledge of Episys (Symitar) and the ability to be highly effective in verbal and written communication. Experience in spreadsheet and word processing software applications preferred. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Operations Service Center Supervisor

Location: Torrance, CA

The Banking Operations Services Supervisor is responsible for the full knowledge and supervision of the Operations Services department including, but not limited to, the administration and processing of information verification and wire transfers, provide technical/operational support for all branch, call center and back-office, and member email management. This new department assists team members with immediate technical/operational support on Credit Union systems, including but not limited to, Epysis, Imagin, cash machines, and Nautalis. In addition, the department will provide input on operational training on policies and procedure revisions and new product information and provide and implement suggestions to streamlining department and Credit Union operations by analyzing operational challenges and proposing workable solutions. A High School Diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred with four years experience in a financial institution and two years supervisory/managerial experience. Knowledge of the Epysis (Symitar) system is also required. Comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations. Effective computer skills including Microsoft Office and other lending-related software programs and research and problem-resolution skills and abilities. Broad knowledge of Credit Union laws and regulations. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals, groups and members.

Real Estate Processor / Underwriter

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Effectively and efficiently promotes, processes, and underwrites loan products and programs. Ensures a full and complete working knowledge of all Credit Union products, programs, policies, procedures, all governing regulatory laws and guidelines, all automated and non-automated systems and processes, completed a detailed financial analysis for underwriting purposes, render a financially sound underwriting decision, communicate and correspond with external business entities for required regulatory file documentation and ensure final loan file documentation adheres to all regulatory requirements. Meets and exceeds Department performance standards and production goals. High school graduate or equivalent required. Three to four years of loan processing and/or underwriting required, preferably in a financial institution. Analytical ability to conduct an analysis of applicant's credit status and recommend alternatives where the analysis reveals an insufficient financial position. Broad knowledge of credit fundamentals and lending regulations. Requires knowledge of Secondary Market underwriting requirements. Real Estate Servicer

Location: Hawthorne, CA (2 positions)

Ensures a full and complete working knowledge of all Credit Union loan products, programs, policies, procedures, governing regulatory laws and guidelines, "Processor" and "Underwriter" operational functions, ensuring all regulatory aspects of Escrow impound accounts and adhered to, all required government reporting is completed on or prior to deadline, all required Investor reporting is completed on or prior to the deadline, ensuring all regulatory aspects of variable rate loans are adhered to, and complete detailed due diligence quality examinations of loan files as required for regulatory and secondary market investor compliance. Meets and exceeds Department performance standards and production goals. High school graduate or equivalent required. Three to four years of loan processing and/or underwriting experience required, preferably in a financial institution. Analytical ability to conduct an analysis of applicant's credit status and recommend alternatives where the analysis reveals an insufficient financial position. Broad knowledge of credit fundamentals and lending regulations. Requires knowledge of Secondary Market underwriting and servicing requirements. Regional Branch Manager

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Responsible for the planning, directing, organizing, and supervising of all staff and operational activities of branches in the region. Develops personnel in branches to achieve organizational sales and member satisfaction objectives, expand relationships, increase revenues, and build member base. Requires a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years experience in a managerial/supervisory role in a financial institution. Thorough knowledge of services, products, procedures, and lending required with strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel to Orange County is required.

Senior Loan Call Center Representative

Location: Torrance, CA

Responsible for accepting and processing Consumer Loan applications via telephone, Remote Banking and those forwarded by a third party vendor while providing assistance with the coaching and leadership of staff and higher level departmental functions. Provides guidance and leadership to Loan Call Center staff in the absence of the Lending Call Center and Loan Support Supervisor. Assists Lending Call Center and Loan Support Supervisor with escalated member issues. Requires high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years related experience, one year supervisory/lead experience, preferably in a financial institution. Loan processing experience desired. Requires effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in word processing software application and data input.

Symitar Programmer

Location: Torrance, CA

Leads the programming development life cycle, including analysis, design, development and implementation of Symitar software programs. Utilizes Symitar's build-in programming tools to conduct a full range of programming tasks, including program design, program coding, and debugging. Develops project scope, business requirements, functional separations, user acceptance tests, implementation plans and user documentation, as required. Participates in system software development and maintenance. High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years of Symitar programming experience in a financial institution. Requires IBM RS/6000 or similar experience and knowledge of of AIX, and PC-NT/98/2000 operating systems with object-oriented, relational databases and/or report programming. Knowledge of PowerOn and Episys preferred. Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing and project management software applications required.

Teller

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Performs assigned tasks associated with processing of member transactions including, but not limited to, receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, and loan payments. Requires High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months related experience, preferably in a financial institution.

Location: Huntington Beach, CA (2 positions)

Performs assigned tasks associated with processing of member transactions including, but not limited to, receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, and loan payments. Requires High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months related experience, preferably in a financial institution.

Training Specialist

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Performs various training functions such as facilitation of training courses, coordination of vendor delivered programs and maintenance of training inventory system. Assists in various training functions such as needs assessment, program creation, analysis of participants' feedback and evaluation of program effectiveness. Ensures that staff training occurs and individual training plans are completed and followed. Updates training manuals, utilizes new aids as related to training and implements improvements to procedure method and teaching techniques used in training areas. Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communications or related field preferred with a minimum of one year related experience as a Trainer. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups. Highly proficient in spreadsheet, graphic, and word processing software applications. Requires good analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Vice President of Branch Operations

Location: Hawthorne, CA

Responsible for planning, directing, staffing, and organizing the Branch Operation functions of the Credit Union. Research and review innovations to improve branch operating efficiency, profitability and market share. Monitor all goals and prepare reports on service quality, training activities, and procedures. Meet stated goals and objectives for branches. Develop and maintain branch sales programs including goals, tracking and incentives. Maintain established quality service standards. Ensure that the department's needs are met in regard to the employment, counseling, performance evaluations, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees. Requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven years experience in Branch Operations with a minimum of three years managerial experience preferably in a financial institution. Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups. Highly proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software applications. Some travel may be required.
