To apply for a Premier Checking Account, you must have a Western Savings Account.
1 The average daily balance is calculated by taking the ending balance of each day, adding each day's ending balance together, then dividing by the number of days in the month. Any month your Premier Checking account balance falls below the minimum monthly average daily balance of $2,000, your account will be assessed a $5 fee and no dividends will be paid.
